I went on a Sunday at 12:20 and it was already open. The good thing about Cachavacha is that it is close to the center of Tigre, but not within the chaos of Tigre, WHICH MAKES IT EVEN PRETTIER, because you eat in a place that is 2 or 3 blocks from the entire center of Tigre, but without the flow of people that are there. That adds many more points.The place is comfortable both in the living room (there are not a lot of tables pushed together, which prevent you from walking, another plus point!) and in the bathroom, which is also clean.The food is a 20! I ate sorrentinos with bolognese that were very good, the pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauce was very good, on a plate that although it had six sorrentinos, it must be said that they are large sorrentinos and are very well loaded. Someone who eats well would say that it is not enough, I, AS VERY WELL, SAY THAT IT WAS VERY GOOD. We also ordered noodles with 4 cheeses, tenderloins on the plate and empanadas as a starter. Cozy place in Tigre Centro to go for lunch or dinner. Always very busy, especially at night. Their Milanese, pizzas and empanadas are recommended, the latter being the ham and cheese ones that are glorious. They have maintained the level for more than 20 years. Ideal for family outing. Highly recommended.
